LOS ANGELES (AP) - Pimp C, one-half of the veteran Houston rap group UGK, was found dead in an upscale hotel on Tuesday.
"It is with great regret that I must confirm that Chad Butler aka Pimp C, one half of the legendary UGK, was in fact discovered dead this morning," his publicist, Nancy Byron, said in a statement.
Pimp C and partner Bun B were pioneers of Southern rap, and hit the mainstream with their cameo on Jay-Z's hit "Big Pimpin'."

FRITOP--I already went over this with you...I read everything...but understand only half of it...let's just say...some of it is a little 'out there'...like what the heck am I supposed to comment on when you post about pimps?? how can I do that then go change diapers and tell my kids to stop fighting???...I had no idea that there was competition in comments...speaking of which...that little tai-pan was quite tricky logging in under all those screen names...why can't he post about his grandmother's funeral!!! or at least do some archiving on the LaRue files...rumor has it that all young men and women were begging to take care of her...
Thank you, I agree, Tai Pan should be writin bout his dead gma, unfortunately not enough people have spoken up about the need for a historical archive of his time spent with Larue.
It is coming... You can't rush art
